- Who are you?
Mysterious Stranger: I am no one. However, you <Character> are someone I find very interesting.
- Doom Weapons?
Mysterious Stranger: It's a shame you do not possess a Doom Weapon. A <class> as powerful as you deserves an equally powerful weapon.
Mysterious Stranger: Only a true hero like yourself should be trusted with a Doom Weapon. Their greatest powers have yet to be unlocked.
- If you already have a Doom Weapon he says:
Mysterious Stranger: Your Doom Weapon is exquisite. It will continue to bring you even more power. In time you shall become unstoppable.
- If you upgraded your Doom Weapon he says:
Mysterious Stranger: It's a shame.
- Upgrade Doom?
Mysterious Stranger: You wish to increase the power of your Doom Weapons using the Unlucky Doom Essence? Excellent!
Mysterious Stranger: If you have a Dragon Amulet... and you have already upgraded your Doom Weapon once, then we can begin.
Mysterious Stranger: If you have not upgraded yet, travel to Crystal Clear Lake in Amityvale and speak to Chaney in his shop there... then return to me.

Notes
- He is thought to be the "Mysterious Necromancer" from AdventureQuest; the one who (used to) have possession of the Orb of Darkness. This is because he looks the same, and has a strong liking to Doom Weapons!
- The Mysterious Stranger is also in MechQuest, and is said to have come from an alternate dimension.
- He was thought to have been Sepulchure's Master, it was revealed that he was right before he fused with Drakath to become another Red Darkness Dragon.
- Absorbed the Necrotic Blade of Doom.
