Has anyone survived Xan's 3rd 'Fatality' wave?
- Meh, no, you're not supposed to kill him anyway. He starts doing the "Now to finish you" thing at the 5th turn, it does 3/4 or more of your hp each hit, and you can only last that turn (and the next) by using defensive stance/smoke/arcane shield and besides the defense/smoke/shield can't last forever.--Unknown932 09:17, 26 March 2007 (CDT)

New Xan Quest
Did anyone beat him in the new quest in which you fight most of it with Warlic? I killed him, but I only had 2 HP left. --Veghead13 00:20, 11 August 2007 (EDT)
- I beat him with 165 HP after drinking some potion. Bassium!

Not just a pyromancer!
In frostvale he turns out to find another elemental book the eggnognomicon! He unleashes ice and fire attacks! And when almost all seems lost in the final battle Ice Master Yeti shows up to aid you in you're quest. Then Xan is beaten but probably alive(considering his reputation). So next time we see Xan could he still have some leftover powers from the eggnognomicon and still have his pyromancer skills? Or is he all dried up? And in the fire war he seems to still have those powers. And I also think he wants to have relics in all elements! So for short could he want to be as powerful as Warlic?
- I think that whole ice magic stuff was just a special Frostvale thing, but maybe the next time he appears they'll mention it. Until then, it's just speculation. Harry Blue5 23:51, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
Actually...
Actually Blue I just found out that hes lost his robes and his original look...because now hes just a half-pyromancer and half-fire golem...but I guess you're right about how they'll mention it...
