1. Did all available quests, and farmed for all the best weapons.
2. Vurrmen Ruins -- Since the formula for XP needed is (current level * 10)2, and the XP gained from every enemy is current level*10, the number of enemies you need to face is the square root of the needed XP, which is the name as your current level * 10, which only increases by 10 every level, so you only need to defeat 10 more enemies than last time to level up. Plus, every enemy is usually a one hit with final. In other words, you have to defeat the same number of foes as each foe's XP, which is the same as your current level * 10. For those who know algebra, this is an interlaced web of transitivity.
