- The time-travelling phone booth is based on the TARDIS from Doctor Who. Also, Cysero's statement that if you meet your future self "the universe might end" may be a reference to the episode Father's Day.
- Battle On strangely looks like the one from Adventure Quest, possibly meaning that Dragon Fable takes place before it.
