Itchi's Released Blade

Heey,

I saw on your userpage that you have Itchi's Released Blade. Could you take a screenshot and upload a picture of it to the article? Thanks.

If you need any help taking screenshots, or uploading files, just ask :)

Yeah, the article has an image, but it's a preview image. Can you equip your weapon to your character and then take the screenshot? That would be a big help. Thanks. --Jayzara 23:39, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

Okay, here's what you do:

• Equip your weapon
• Go to someplace where the weapon will be clearly seen. I prefer to use the zoom-in screen next to the guardian tower. If you have absolutely no idea where that is, ask me.
• Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. It's located on the right-hand side of the board, near the Scroll Lock button. At least that's where mine is. Hunt around for it for a while if you must.
• Open up Paint, or whatever image manipulation program you have.
• Press Ctrl+V to paste
• CROP THE IMAGE!!!! This is very important. We don't want to see anything outside of the game screen. No taskbar, no address bar, no maroon on the outside, none of that. Also, please don't leave white space hanging there. To get rid of all that, there's a little blue square at the bottom of the image (on Paint) that you can drag around to adjust the size. Preferably, crop the image so that ONLY the weapon is showing, and not your whole character. See: Mermaid's Hunting Knife. It needs to be obvious what the focus of the pic is.
• Save your file as whatever you want to name it AS LONG AS it is a .PNG file. Ask if you don't understand that.
• Open up DFWiki. Go to Itchi's Released Blade and click on the image. At the bottom it will say "Upload New Version of this File". Clicky!
• Click Browse, and find the image. Hit save image. It will ask you "An image of the same name exists, are you sure you want to upload blah blah..." The answer is yes. Hit yes or save, whichever comes up.
• You're done! The image you uploaded might not be there, just hit refresh a few times and it should be there. *Phew* that was a lot of typing. Thanks. --Jayzara 01:00, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
