For the first two, you will go through the same amount of rooms every time and at the end, it tells you how many were wrong. Encounters are not related to the correctness of a choice for these two.
For the third, you have to go through the rooms in the correct order. If you get one wrong, you will fight a tog and begin again.

After you finish Togicide Revenge Part One, a shop will open where you can buy house items:
Togicide Revenge Tombstone for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part I quest)
Togicide Revenge II Tombstone for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part II quest)
After you finish Togicide Revenge Part Two, a shop will open where you can buy house items:
Togicide Revenge Tombstone II for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part II quest)
Togicide Revenge III Tombstone for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part III quest)
After you finish Togicide Revenge Part Three, a shop will open where you can buy house items (the items are the same just like in Togicide Revenge II shop):
Togicide Revenge Tombstone II for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part II quest)
Togicide Revenge III Tombstone for your house (to do Togicide Revenge Part III quest)
After you finished the quest (Togicide Revenge Part III), you will get Tog Head.
