Rare Item

May I suggest that we not include items in 'Best of the Best' that are no longer available in the game(a.k.a Rare)? There is no point to a guide that shows you all the best stuff you can't get.

I disagree that scale belt is the best. I think ragged leather is better in most cases. Is 5 parry better than 5 melee def and one block? The ranged and fire are special cases.

The generally accepted rule on the DragonFable forums is that Scale Belt is the best. I myself prefer Ragged Leather also, but new players are generally advised to seek out the Scale Belt and so it is listed here. If I heard more people agree that the Leather belts are better, I could change that section.

Also, Wings of The Hundred Infernos is a Dragon Amulet only item. Wings of The Hundred Flames is not DA, but does not provide any bonuses. --Actreal 13:44, 14 December 2006 (CST)

I like Shining Paladin Belt, the 3 4 4 + all the resists is kinda hard to beat - Blllaaaaaaaa

Top Weapon changed

hey guys, i changed the top 5 weapons of all classes, because the new Frost Weapons are more powerful than the Doom Weapons. The Third Frost Giant's DPT is higher than the ShadowReaper of Doom's DPT. The Third Frost Devil and The Third Frost Spectre's DPTs are equal to the Twin Blades of Doom] and SkullStaff of Doom's DPTs, but they're better because of their modifiers and of their special attack, wich does around 300% of the normal damage (not crit).

You can only get the frost wepons from a war which endead SO anyone who wants it cant get it.

I haven't got the right information to fix it myself, but under by level daggers level 15, with amulet, is wrong. The vortex links to a staff weapon article.

Unless there's a vortex dagger or something. I'm still pretty new at this.

About dragon-coin weapons

I think that weapons that can be bought with dragon-coins should be available on the lists (see Note) for non-DA users. Afterall, they are viable non-DA weapons, but perhaps there should be a special indicator, such as the weapon name being set in italics or with an asterik (*) so people can tell the difference. The indicator would, of course, be explained at the top of the page.

What do you think? If no one has a problem with this, I'll just go ahead and do it in a week or so.

Dragons

Shouldn't the dragons be on the best of the best pets/ They are pretty good, even with one skill point, better than most except maybe rares , as far as I know.--Pharo212 10:01, 24 June 2007 (EDT)

I personally think the baby dragon is the best since it can be leveled up with skill points and it's element can be changed, therefore negating any reason for other pets. I have tried other pets but now I only use the dragon.--Kristy 19:30, 27 November 2007 (EST)

Gorgok's Scale
