Notes
- Since the monkeys are have -20 resistance to the element poison, it's sometimes better if you have a good poison weapon:
- Swords: Toxic Cutlass, level 17, non-DA, available from: Well, Well, Well, Floating Cave, The Deep Freeze, Desert Tomb, Waterfall Secret Cave.
- Will do 46 DPT before factoring in stat bonuses.
- There are no Poison staffs for free players, so if you're a non-DA Mage you'll need a dagger.
- Daggers: Princess Point, level 11, non-DA, available from: It's A Dirty Job..., Watery Exploration- and The Asp, level 4, non-DA, available from : Marsh Madness.
- Princess Point will do 36 DPT before factoring in stat bonuses; The Asp will do 14 DPT.
- Swords: Toxic Cutlass, level 17, non-DA, available from: Well, Well, Well, Floating Cave, The Deep Freeze, Desert Tomb, Waterfall Secret Cave.
- In all the above cases, using your Doom Weapon if you have it would be a better idea than farming for a poison weapon. If your strongest weapon is different, compare the maximum DPT you would be getting. However, most of the monsters are resistant to darkness, so the level 27 water weapons from Meringue's Shop will do fine.
- There are two healing pads on this quest.
