Thorny Shield

Description: Defense barrier for 2 turns.

Effect: Gives +140 dodge, block, and parry for two turns. While the shield is up, the first monster that hits you will take 100% damage. Each subsequent hit by a monster after that does half the power of the previous one.

Notes

  • Mages wield the Staff by default.
  • There is a DragonMage upgrade for Dragon Amulet holders.
  • Wind Strike and Sleep have the same animation.
  • When you use the skill Power Boost your character's eyes close and open if you use the skill again.
  • Mages cannot use skills with an axe, sword or dagger
  • Using a combination of Power Boost, Energy, Ice and Fire will result in a powerful attack against many types of enemies. However if the enemy has more than 100 defence against Ice, you will have to use the Ice attack first round to avoid healing them.
